Todd Shotz and Tim Kirkman are the co-founders of T42 Entertainment, an LA-based production company that produces and develops original scripted and documentary content for film, television, and streaming. T42 produced THE GROTTO, the feature film debut of Tony Award-winner Joanna Gleason, starring Betsy Brandt, Dan Bucatinsky, Steve Kazee, Susan Sullivan, and Jonathan Delarco, as well as Gleason’s narrative short, MORNING INTO NIGHT. Past projects include the award-winning feature film LAZY EYE (Netflix) and the documentary feature film LATTER DAY JEW. T42 Entertainment is also developing 12 TO 21 and CROSS COUNTRY, written and to be directed by Tim. Todd is the Emmy Award-winning producer for “Recipe for Change: Standing Up To AntiSemitism.” T42 served as the production entity for Tribeca Festival hit FREEMAN VINES, a documentary short Tim co-directed with André Robert Lee about a NC artist.

Kirkland Tibbels is an award-winning producer who launched his first production company in 1998. Kirkland helped to solidify the commerciality of independent gay-themed motion pictures at a time when the production and distribution of queer content were yet unproven. His previous projects of note include the multi award winner LATTER DAYS staring Joseph Gordon Levitt and Jaqueline Bissett, and ADAM & STEVE (Tribeca Jury Nomination) starring Parker Posey and Chris Kattan. Under his Hollywood Farms production banner he has developed projects for Paramount, Nickelodeon, MTV, Disney, SyFy, Radar Pictures, Ian Bryce Productions, Villlage Roadshow, Sony Pictures and more. Current projects include feature films with Universal Pictures, TokyoPop, PhilmCo Media and Mark Johnson’s Gran Via Productions. Kirkland’s next productions include true crime drama COVER/STORY staring award winning actor Nathan Lane and SNL’s Bowen Yang, and PEOPLE WHO DON’T, DON’T staring School Spirits star Peyton List and Last of Us and Gilded Age breakout Ben Ahlers.

Kelly Woyan has over 20 years experience as a writer, producer, and television personality. She was co-producer on the animated feature IMAGINARY FRIEND for Academy Award nominee Jeremy Renner’s production company and executive producer on the documentary LATTER DAY JEW. Most recently, Kelly was a producer on Tony award-winning Joanna Gleason’s directorial debut, THE GROTTO, Best Narrative Feature Premiere Winner at Heartland International Film Festival; was co-executive producer on the award-winning feature LAZY EYE, and Joanna Gleason’s short MORNING INTO NIGHT; and a consulting producer on the documentary DRUG$. She has experience in story development for Illumination Entertainment and is a nonfiction writer, award-winning cookbook author, and journalist who has appeared in publications such as the The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times, and LA Home. She has appeared as a television personality on various shows, including The Martha Stewart Show and The Today Show. Kelly has a Master’s in Professional Writing/Screenwriting from the University of Southern California and has successfully completed writing programs at Yale University and Paris American Academy.
